Why implementation needs direction

Good software needs the right way to implement it.

ERP success is not determined by features alone. The system needs to align with the processes, data, user roles, and operational decisions a company runs every day.

01

Processes are not yet standardized

Workflows often differ between teams, so configuration has to start from an agreed-upon process.

02

Data needs to be prepared

Master data, opening balances, and transaction data must be reviewed so the new system starts from data you can trust.

03

Adoption is the key

Users need to understand their roles, procedures, and the system's benefits so the change is actually used in daily operations.

Implementation stages

From business needs to everyday operations.

ERPAISYS implementation runs through structured stages so that processes, data, and users are ready before the system goes into full use.

Our principle: settle process and data decisions early so go-live runs in a more controlled way.
01

Discovery

Understanding goals, current processes, module needs, risks, and implementation priorities.

Output: initial scope
02

Blueprint

Agreeing on target workflows, user roles, master data, approvals, reports, and integration needs.

Output: solution design
03

Configuration

Setting up modules, access rights, workflows, templates, and business rules per the blueprint.

Output: system ready for testing
04

Migration & UAT

Preparing data, performing the agreed migration, then testing process scenarios with key users.

Output: UAT sign-off
05

Go-live

Running the system in the production environment with initial support and monitoring of critical processes.

Output: live operations
06

Optimization

Reviewing usage, strengthening adoption, refining reports, and planning the next round of enhancements.

Output: continuous improvement
Implementation collaboration

Clear roles make decisions faster.

Implementation is a joint effort. ERPAISYS brings methodology and system expertise; the customer brings process knowledge, data, and business decisions.

ERPAISYS TEAM

Facilitates the system change

We guide the implementation process to stay aligned with the agreed scope.

  • Facilitates discovery and blueprint.
  • Configures the system and supports testing.
  • Guides training and go-live.
  • Documents key project decisions.
CUSTOMER TEAM

Sets the direction of the business process

The customer team ensures the solution fits real operations and is ready for the organization to use.

  • Appoints a project owner and key users.
  • Provides and validates source data.
  • Makes process decisions on schedule.
  • Runs UAT and supports user adoption.
Scope that adapts to you

Start with priorities, then grow together with the business.

Implementation can focus on one critical area or be planned as a cross-department ERP ecosystem.

Process & blueprint

Mapping processes, roles, approvals, and reporting needs.

Module configuration

CRM, sales, purchasing, inventory, finance, accounting, project, manufacturing, or asset.

Data migration

Preparing master data, opening balances, and the agreed operational data.

Integration

Evaluating connections with relevant systems, applications, or devices.

Training & UAT

User training plus business scenario testing before go-live.

Go-live & support

Initial hands-on support, issue monitoring, and a plan for further optimization.

Not everything has to start at once.

Companies can start with their most urgent processes—finance and inventory, or sales and purchasing, for example—then expand modules once the team and data are ready.

Project estimate

Cost and timeline are shaped by your actual needs.

We do not use a one-size-fits-all estimate for every company. After discovery, ERPAISYS can put together a scope, priorities, dependencies, and a more precise implementation plan.

Modules & processesNumber of modules, workflow complexity, and configuration needs.
Data & integrationMaster data readiness, migration, and connections to other systems.
Organization scaleNumber of users, branches, warehouses, business units, or project locations.
Team readinessPIC availability, decision speed, and user UAT time.
Frequently asked questions

Common questions before you start.

How long does ERP implementation take?
Duration depends on the modules, process complexity, data readiness, integrations, number of locations, and decision speed. A more accurate estimate is made after the discovery phase and scope agreement.
Does all legacy data need to be migrated?
Not always. Together with the customer, we can identify priority data—such as master data, opening balances, open transactions, or specific history—that is actually needed for operations and reporting.
Can implementation be done in phases?
Yes. Many companies start with their most critical process, then add modules or locations once the initial process is stable and users are ready.
Who needs to be involved from the customer side?
Ideally a project owner, key users from each main process, a data PIC, and someone with the authority to make process decisions and sign off on UAT.
Does ERPAISYS provide support after go-live?
Post-go-live support can be tailored through your chosen maintenance package or cloud service, including issue handling, usage support, and an optimization plan.
