Privacy Policy
This policy explains how ERPAISYS collects, uses, protects, stores, and shares personal data when you use our site, ERP services, maintenance, or cloud offerings.
Privacy at a glance
We process data only as needed to provide our services, maintain security, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Scope of this policy
This Privacy Policy applies to all websites, applications, ERP software services, maintenance services, and cloud services provided by ERPAISYS ("we"). It explains how we collect, use, store, protect, and share personal data belonging to site visitors, prospective customers, customers, and users of our systems.
By using our site or services, you agree to the practices described in this policy, except where otherwise set out in a written Service Agreement between you and ERPAISYS.

Purpose & legal basis
We process personal data for the following purposes, on an appropriate legal basis:
- Providing the service — operating, maintaining, and supporting the ERP system, maintenance, and cloud services (contract performance).
- Communication — responding to enquiries, sending product information, and customer support (consent/legitimate interest).
- Security & abuse prevention — monitoring and protecting systems from unauthorised access (legitimate interest).
- Legal compliance — meeting applicable tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations (legal obligation).
Customer data in the ERP system
When using the ERP system, there are two distinct roles relating to the data processed:
Data Controller
The customer determines what data is entered into the ERP system and is responsible for its accuracy and lawfulness, including data belonging to their own employees or customers.
Service Provider
ERPAISYS processes data according to the customer's instructions to operate the ERP, maintenance, and cloud services, and applies adequate technical and organisational security measures.
Sharing & data transfers
We may share personal data with certain third parties, limited to what is necessary to operate our services, such as cloud/hosting infrastructure providers, supporting technical partners, and competent authorities where required by law.
We do not sell personal data
ERPAISYS does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes in any form.
Security & data retention
We implement technical and organisational security measures — including encryption, role-based access control, and system monitoring — to protect data from unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure.
Data is retained for as long as necessary for the purpose of processing, for the duration of the service agreement, and afterwards in accordance with applicable legal or tax obligations, unless earlier deletion is requested in line with applicable rules.
Your rights
As the owner of your personal data, you have the following rights:

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, analyse site usage, and improve the user experience. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings, although this may affect some site functionality.
